By accessing or using prmpt.bio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

prmpt.bio lets creators publish public profiles and pages featuring AI prompts, example media, links, and related assets. Visitors can browse, view, copy, customize, and share public pages. Some features rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, AI processing, and storefronts.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use prmpt.bio.
• prmpt.bio uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that occurs under your prmpt.bio account.
• You must provide accurate account and profile information and keep it up to date.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, identity, or authority.

You are solely responsible for any content you publish through prmpt.bio, including prompts, profile text, avatars, output images, external links, and store links.

• You must have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to upload, publish, and share your content.
• You may not publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• You may not publish malware, phishing links, scams, or content intended to harm users, systems, or third parties.
• You remain responsible for complying with platform rules, consumer protection laws, advertising rules, disclosure obligations, and intellectual-property laws that apply to your content, affiliate links, products, services, or offers.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to prmpt.bio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, display, publish, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. This license ends within a reasonable time after your content is deleted from the service, except to the extent limited retention is required for backups, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You may not:

• interfere with or disrupt the service, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization;
• scrape or extract data at scale in a way that burdens the service or bypasses technical restrictions;
• use the service to violate another party's rights or applicable law;
• circumvent account restrictions, rate limits, access controls, or moderation actions;
• use prmpt.bio to distribute spam, deceptive promotions, or malicious code.

prmpt.bio relies on third-party providers including Google Identity Services for sign-in, Stripefor billing, Hetzner for hosting, PostHog for cookieless analytics, Cloudflare R2 for file storage and CDN delivery, and Vercel AI Gateway with model providers such as Google Gemini for AI processing. Your use of linked third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

The prmpt.bio service, including our software, branding, design, layout, and original site content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the service as intended.

Creator profile pages and pages are intended to be publicly accessible unless we explicitly provide private functionality for a given feature. If you publish content on prmpt.bio, you understand it may be viewed, copied, referenced, or shared by other users or by the public internet, including search engines and social platforms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that prmpt.bio, or any specific feature, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. For paying subscribers, material reductions in service are subject to the notice and refund provisions described in Section 12.

Subscriptions and paid services are billed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including VAT, may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, whose terms also apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. We may change subscription prices and will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect; you may cancel before the new price applies.

Plan tiers determine limits and access to features such as page and product limits, analytics history, custom domain support, priority placement, and setup support. If you downgrade and have more published pages than your new plan allows, existing pages stay published but you can't publish new ones until you are within the limit. Features exclusive to higher tiers become unavailable on downgrade.

We do not refund partial billing periods after cancellation. One-time services and paid setup work are refundable only where required by law, stated at checkout, or agreed with us in writing. Plans described as "unlimited" are intended for normal creator use; we may apply reasonable technical limits or restrict use that is abusive, automated, bulk, spam, storage-heavy, or otherwise outside ordinary publishing patterns.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hey@prmpt.bio with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example, an email with your account email and purchase date).

Exception for digital content. By purchasing a subscription, digital service, or paid setup work and using the service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. We will seek your express consent to this waiver during the checkout process where required.

Refund on withdrawal. If you exercise your right of withdrawal before performance has begun, we will refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If you consented to begin performance and withdraw before the service is fully provided, you may owe a proportional amount for the service already received.

We may suspend or terminate your access to prmpt.bio, remove content, or disable features if:

• you breach these terms;
• your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk;
• we are required to do so by law or by a valid legal request;
• continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination of your account, whether by you or by us, you may request a copy of your content within 30 days of termination by contacting hey@prmpt.bio. After 30 days, we may delete your content from our active systems, though copies may persist in backups for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

prmpt.bio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, safety, or usefulness of creator content, external links, or AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of prmpt.bio. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed EUR 100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you use prmpt.bio for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted.

These terms are governed by Italian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, the competent court will be the court of Vicenza, Italy.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe that content published on prmpt.bio is illegal or violates these terms, you may report it by emailing hey@prmpt.bio with a description of the content and the reason you believe it should be reviewed. We will assess reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, disabling access, or notifying the content creator.

We may update these terms from time to time. For non-material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. For material changes — including changes to pricing, the scope of paid plans, or your rights — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your account before the changes become effective. Your continued use of prmpt.bio after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
