Everything Ray3.2 can do
Ray3.2 is Luma's video model. It makes silent clips of 5 or 10 seconds at up to 1080p, in six shapes from 9:16 to 21:9, from a prompt or from up to 64 pictures it moves through in order (those run 5 seconds). It can also rebuild a clip of up to 10 seconds in a new look while keeping its motion, loop a clip with no seam, and render in HDR.
Every clip below was made by the step under it. Change a placeholder and press Gen to make your own.
New look, same motion
Give it a clip and describe a new look, and it rebuilds the whole frame while the motion carries through: every spin and landing, the timing, the camera's path. Faces and backgrounds are redrawn too, so use it for a new look, not a small fix. The edit keeps its source's shape and length.

Strength sets how far the edit strays: adhere stays close to the source, flex takes liberties, reimagine keeps only an echo of it, each in three steps. Both looks here are flex 2. An edit is priced by the source's seconds, in five-second blocks: at 1080p, nearly twice a new five-second clip.

Name the camera move
Brief it like a camera operator: who moves and how, the light, then one camera move by name, such as a crane up, a push-in or an orbit. Leave the move out and the shot often comes out static. The same car, two moves, at 21:9, the widest of its shapes.

Start from a still
Give it a first frame and the clip starts there: the face, the room and the light stay as they are, and the prompt says only what moves. The clip takes the picture's shape. This one was made with Nano Banana 2.1; drop in your own photo instead.
Sharper layouts and steady subjects, from up to fourteen images and ten videos, up to 4K.

Pictures as beats
Give it two pictures and the clip runs from the first to the last. Give it more, up to 64, and it passes through each one in order, spaced evenly across the five seconds. Make each frame from the one before it and change one thing, so everything else stays put. These three were made with Nano Banana 2.1: a bud, then each edit opens it further.

The same prompt, twice: once from the two ends, once with the middle frame too. With only the ends, the model picks its own path between them; pin the middle and it takes yours.

Loops without a seam
Turn on Loop and the clip ends on its first frame with no visible cut, so it can play over and over behind a page. Ask for motion that comes back around: fish circling, a wheel turning. Loop can't be combined with HDR, and a loop is priced as a 10-second clip.
