Everything Riverflow 2.5 can do
Riverflow 2.5 is Sourceful's image model for packaging, product and brand pictures. It comes in two versions. Pro reads up to ten pictures at once, makes images up to 4K and takes a few minutes over each one. Fast reads up to four, stops at 2K and costs about a tenth as much. Both can return a picture with a transparent background.
Every picture below was made by the step under it. Change a placeholder and press Gen to make your own.
Every word on the pack
Brief it the way you'd brief a packaging designer: the pack's shape and material, then each line of its text in quotes, top to bottom, then the shot. Say what the picture is for, here a launch page, and finish with what stays out: no other words, no logos.

Or design the label flat first, then put it on the pack: the second step reads the label and wraps it around a jar, following the curve of the glass. Change the brand name, press Gen on the label, then on the jar. The label runs on Fast, where 2K costs the same as 1K. The jar runs on Pro, which keeps the small words sharp on the curved glass.

One label, a whole range
For the next flavor, edit the jar: name the one line that changes, quote its new words and list everything that stays. Ask for nothing new, either: no extra words, prices or claims.
The edit's Resolution follows its input, so the jar keeps its frame.

Then line them up: this step reads two of the jars above and makes the third from the same label, keeping every word on all three.

Say what it's for
The same jar makes a different picture for each job. Name the job, then what that job rules out: a catalog wants the jar alone on white, with no props at all; a magazine spread wants the table, the bread and the morning around it.

Each channel gets its own shape and its own rule. A phone story keeps the top and bottom clear for the app's buttons; an email banner leaves two thirds of the frame empty for a headline.

Out of the studio, the jar goes somewhere real. Keep the label turned to the camera, and rule out other jars and packs.

Cut out for any layout
With Background set to transparent, the picture comes back with nothing behind it. Keep the whole object in the frame with room on every side, and say what's absent: no floor, no surface, no shadow.

What from one picture, how from another
Give each picture one job. Here the person comes from a photograph and the linocut prints say how to draw them: take only the look, its colors, its carved lines and its paper, and copy none of its birds. Drop in any picture as the look.

Thinking it over
Riverflow drafts a picture, judges it and edits it again before handing it back. Thinking sets how long it keeps at it: on low it settles after a round or two, on high it keeps going until the draft holds up. Use high for a frame full of labels.
On Fast, high about doubles the price. Pro has a fourth level, xhigh, which costs up to twice as much as high.
